The beauty of women starts from her hair. Every woman in the world wants to have beautiful hair, but in present, it is impossible, because of the highly polluted air.
Pollution damage hair badly, mostly girls face the problem of hair like hair fall, split ends, dullness, roughness, etc. and we all understand that it is impossible to visit the salon regularly for hair spa or treatment. There are so many shampoo and conditioners on the market which promises to repair damaged hair, but believe me, nothing happens, mostly because some of shampoos and conditioner contains chemicals. Only the natural ingredient shampoo and conditioners are good, but they are so expensive in the market that some of the girls can’t even think of buying it.
Instead of using these expensive products, it is always good to use the natural ingredients available near you or maybe in your kitchen. Natural ingredients are good, effective and harmless to use. Using some of the ingredients from your kitchen, you can make a hair spa at home with the simple DIY process. Hair spa helps in smoothening, frizz-free hair, repairing split ends and damages, give nourishment to the hair, etc.

Also, find 4 beauty uses of coconut oil
Steps:
- Hair Oiling– you can use any hair oil you like ( I prefer coconut oil) with which give a gentle massage on all over your scalp for about 8-10 minutes. As hair oiling gives strength to the hair roots, gentle massage helps to remove dirt and dust from the roots.
- Hot Towel Stem– Wet your towel with hot water, squeeze out the excess water and cover all your hair with it for 0 minutes. his will give a nice steaming to your hair which helps to open up pores of the root and allow the oil to insert the roots easily. This whole process helps in hair growth.
- Shampoo and Conditioner– After giving steam, it is required to shampoo and conditioner our hair it helps in removing dirt and dust, oil, softens the hair and detangles it.
- Spa Cream– the cream made by using banana, olive oil, milk, and honey needs to be applied all over your hair Leave it for 3-0-40minutes, rinse it with clear water. Banana helps in smoothening, Milk provides protein to the hair, Olive oil helps in growth and honey moisturizes your hair.

Nice info !!!. Natural things are best as compared to chemical laden spas. Keep on sharing useful info !!!
Oh dear your post gives me a nostalgia. I tried using banana before in high school, then my Mom was so angry she told me i use coconut milk instead. Apparently, my Mom wants to cook those bananas. 🙂
I make my own hair mask too – I was using avocados but they are expensive and i’d rather eat them then spread them on my hair. My issues with my natural masks was washing out the ingredients. How do you rinse off your “spa cream” I wouldn’t want my hair to smell like rancid milk.
Woow. The way you’ve written this article is so amazing. Well described and all them are so easy to understand. Thanx for sharing…
